I wanted to share this raw video with you because as a Nurse I’ve always wanted to be on the preventative side of healthcare. I want to share this with those that may be suffering with this or any other mental health issue and let them know they are not alone. Often times on social media we are bombarded with “perfection” and I wanted to let you know that there is no such thing. We all struggle and suffer in our own ways. I do not want you to feel ashamed for what you have, are or going to going through! I want you to know that there are many like you battling their own inner demons. Please talk to someone if you are struggling in any way and know it is ok to go through any type of mental health crisis. I have/am suffering for C-PTSD, ADHD, Insomnia, Depression & Anxiety. There is no such thing as perfection. Love from a broken nurse working to fix herself one small piece at a time🥰
