My NEW @projectrock football training collection is special 🔥🔥🔥🔥💪🏾

I went back to my old McKinley High School weight room in Hawaii where we busted our asses as 14yr old freshmen football players.

As you can tell in this picture, nothing has changed in our hard work culture in decades.
Literally nothing.

Only I’m a little older 🦖
More tattoos.
A little bit wiser.
A lot more grateful.
And much more handsome.

I’m the same scrappy, hungry kid, who as a man, became the hardest worker in the room.
