「AYATSURI SANBASO」, a historical performance piece of the traditional 400 year old Japanese performing art "Kabuki".

It is a ceremonial dance mimicking a doll controlled by a thread, praying for an abundant harvest.
This performance has been passed down to many generations of performers.

「MARIONNETTE SANBASO」
"MARIONETTE SANBASO" is a modern and refined take on Ayatsuri Sanbaso, by two performers, using this traditional performance as a motif.

A show put together by many creators with the cooperation of the historical hotel "Gajoen" in Japan.

《操三番叟》是拥有400多年历史的日本传统表演歌舞伎中的古老剧目，剧中以提线木偶祈祷五谷丰登的舞蹈仪式被多数艺术家代代相传。

本作品《MARIONNETTE SANBASO》由日本舞表演艺术家花园直道以及机器舞表演艺术家NAOI、两位不同领域的艺术家在以《操三番叟》为创作灵感的基础上，追求与时俱进的表现方式并精心创作。音乐由世界人体音响大赛冠军Gene Shinzaki作曲，拍摄在拥有悠久历史的东京雅叙园酒店进行，是与工作人员共同创作而成的一场日本文化盛宴。
