From a designer’s perspective there’s no better feeling than when a stylist pierce’s the heart of an intention and drop-kicks it over the horizon. One of Lisa Jarvis’ striking bio details is a period of time spent in the Tokyo underground scene. Drawing from that experience she used one of our most Japanese of looks with kimono, shibari and hand-painted floral details (called “In a Station of the Metro” after the Ezra Pound poem) for a recent @voguearabia editorial along with our latest crush photographer Lee Wei Swee.
