GLUTE ACTIVATION 🔥🍑

I get asked quite often about glute activation so wanted to share this with you 🍑

I believe glute activation is an important component of glute training when trying to achieve optimal booty growth. In my experience, completing activation exercises prior to a lower body strength training can increase your glute engagement and mind-muscle connection throughout the session.

It’s important to warm up and prepare the largest muscle in your body (glutes AKA booty AKA peach) to engage and fire correctly during your workout.

I do this quick glute activation/warm up routine before each of my booty focused training sessions. Add this glute activation routine to your next leg day!

ROUTINE

1 - 2 SETS

15 Reps Squats
20 Reps Lateral Steps
15 Reps Glute Bridge
10 Reps Reverse Lunges (R)
10 Reps Reverse Lunges (L)
