3 SETS 10 REPS 1 1/4 HIP THRUSTS
3 SETS 5 REPS 2 SQUATS, 5 PULSES
2 SETS 16 REPS CROSSOVERS (EACH LEG)
2 SETS 30 REPS FROG PUMPS
FINISHER
1 SET 30 REPS SEATED ABDUCTION V1
1 SET 30 REPS SEATED ABDUCTION V2
1 SET 30 REPS SEATED ABDUCTION V3
