The healthiest way of grief is to still have routine and live your normal life and not just sit and dwell in sorrow because grief can be very bad for the brain When you're grieving, a flood of neurochemicals enters the brain and can be very toxic . Learn to deal with any dark situation in light and positivity just like your loved one would of wanted 🥰 love you forever bubba 👽🙏🏾
