Our history is rooted in MIT. And so is our future. Thanks to both the 6-A and the UPOP programs, MIT continues to funnel talented engineers into full-time careers at Bose — like Brian and Tosin.

MIT’s 6-A program matches an Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) student with corresponding companies for full-time, paid internships. Bose is a sponsor of this program and has hired 4 MIT students, including Tosin. And DYK Dr. Bose himself is an alumnus of the 6-A program? #FunFact

The Undergraduate Practice Opportunities Program (UPOP) was founded in 2001. It is a yearlong professional development program for sophomores focused on building skills necessary for a career in industry, research, and academia. Bose also sponsors this event and has hired many interns throughout the years, including both Brian and Tosin, who were first introduced to Bose at a UPOP career fair.
