A quick little highlight reel of our work out today! We did a few more things in between but here’s the gist of our morning sessions! After we work out (usually an hour with warm ups included) I have 25 grams of protein and then 2 hours after that will have lunch. Usually chicken and veggies and then a healthy snack and then dinner I make whatever I want to eat with the fam but i try to keep it clean ingredients!
