Let’s talk fitness motivation. We’ve all been there. We’re on a good streak of working out and then . . . we lose momentum and get into a lazy slump!
Our inner couch potato is sometimes our worst enemy. But has it ever occurred to you that we make exercising into something worse than it actually is?!! We’re just talking about getting some movement in for 15 to 50 minutes and it doesn’t even have to be every day!! Push yourself because no one can for you.

Here are a few tips to motivate yourself

⁃ Set reachable realistic goals for yourself
⁃ Treat yourself to a new activewear set
⁃ Follow a workout program
⁃ Create a 🔥 music playlist
⁃ Remember to reward yourself
