Composer @cbryanmusic bridges tradition & experimentation, the sacred & secular and a wide variety of genres in her kaleidoscopic music. Many of her works – including her new opera BLESSED, premiering 2/26 w/ @operaphila – draw on Black history and musical traditions for inspiration.

Bryan’s music has earned widespread acclaim and accolades, including a prestigious @unitedstatesartists Fellowship last year. She’s also helping to nurture future generations of improvisers and composers, by co-designing music programs for young people around the country. #blackhistorymonth
