They are checking to see if he is cold or needs a ride,,, BUT it turns into lay down on the ice & snow so he can be arrested. Thank God he is ok. But imagine the fear of just being stopped.... Just trying to stay alive. Just trying to get home...😭 Yea there are some bad apples BUT police are good hardworking people. That said, they cannot do it all. They need support. They need Other team members that specialize in these kind of calls.
