Add oats, hemp hearts, peanut butter, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt. Process until finely chopped. Scrape the sides down if needed. Add 1 tbsp of water and process again. If mixture doesn’t stick together easily when making into balls, then add a little more water. Roll into balls and lay on parchment paper or a baking sheet. Put in freezer for about 20 min or until firm.
