It was the biggest challenge of my life and one of my favourite things I’ve ever done. It’s hard to sum up how it was as it was truly an experience like no other. It was so many things; exhilarating, extreme, peaceful at times, stressful at others, it was life affirming and made me feel small and insignificant.
