(Slightly overcooked these so yoke wasn’t runny, Still tasted great though!!)⁠
Ingredients:⁠
Eggs⁠
Sausage⁠
Water⁠
Oil⁠
Bread crumbs⁠
1. Pour one cup of water into insta pot.⁠
2. Set InstaPot to 3 min, high pressure and keep warm setting off. (If no insta pot use normal pot heat water to simmer and make sure eggs completely covered, cook for 6min for soft runny yoke.)⁠
3. Once eggs done cooking remove and place in ice water bath.⁠
4. Season sausage how you would like, then get a ball about size of egg.⁠
5. Put sausage in between us plastic wrap and flatten (get thin so cooks easy)⁠
6. Once eggs are cool (3-5min) peel shell.⁠
7. Season bread crumbs.⁠
8. Wrap eggs in sausage, then roll the sausage ball through bread crumbs. (Start to heat up oil during this step)⁠
9. Once all eggs are wrapped and ready drop in oil and let cook till a nice brown color.⁠
10. Remove eggs once fried, if they only fried for about 1 min on each side, toss in oven at 300 degrees F for 5 min to make sure sausage cooked through.⁠
11. Now enjoy!!!⁠
