To be continued.... pot roast and honey corn bread.

What I used-
Chopped up half an onion. A Box of sliced mushrooms, 2 sliced carrots, 4 chopped potatoes.

Seasonings;
Black pepper (lots) Lawrys seasoning salt, 2 packs of sazon Goya, and 2 packs of onion soup mix (makes the potatoes SO flavorful!) don’t be afraid to go heavy on the seasoning!
Thyme, a lil paprika, garlic salt and about a half cup of water. Super easy! But very flavorful. Find a nice of pot roast/ I cut all the fat out tho (personal preference) and chop it all up into smaller pieces so I don’t have to cut it later plus I feel it’s just more tender and convenient 🤷🏽‍♀️
Cook it in the oven for 2 hours covered with foil at 400 or 3.5 hours in the slow cooker on high, if u don’t Chop the meat up small then you gotta cook it longer in the crock pot (but 2 hours in the over is enough even if you leave it a whole solid peace of meat/ just slice it down the middle or stab it up a lil- tenderize it).

My recipes are super easy and big on flavor. Can’t do bland meat. Pause 😉 ok and CLEAN your kitchen as you go! Cause this is the kind of food that’s gonna make you lazy and sleepy after!
PS- cornbread tip ( from KJ) use the honey flavored Jiffy kind- add born sugar and reg sugar to the mix. I promise you—— it’s everything!! 🔥
