NikonUSAさんのインスタグラム写真 - (NikonUSAInstagram)「#NikonAmbassador @joeyterrill breaks down how he captured this vivid view of a Madagascar Sunset Moth with his #NikonZ7ii: "It was important to reveal the texture of the scales, so I placed a small optical spot to rake across the surface of the wing. Narrowing the beam to just strike part of the wing, I adjusted the light intensity to make a proper exposure for the area where the streak of light was striking the wing. For the sheen of the moth scales to show though, a relatively large light source was needed to reflect the sheen back into the lens. I used a 16” soft box just a few inches from the moth, and set the intensity to underexpose the moth by one f/stop.
