CLEAN LIGHT GUILT FREE BANANA PANCAKES.
A Sunday morning treat or evening desert; These clean ingredient, protein packed pancakes are EVERYTHING you want them to be AND MORE.

RECIPE
Thaw half a cup of frozen banana slices
Crack one egg into a blender
Add thawed banana slices
Add a splash of vanilla
Add a few shakes of cinnamon
BLEND
Spray pan with extra virgin olive oil
Pour pancake mix into pan
Add a few chocolate chunks spaced out on top
Flip after two minutes
Plate
Drizzle @abbysbetter Coffee Almond Butter
Top with toasted almonds & a couple frozen banana slices
