MY FAVOURITE AB EXERCISES DURING THE SWEAT CHALLENGE
Ok ladies… I know I’ve said that I’m enjoying my lower body sessions more and more but let’s face it… ab workouts are always going to be my favourite. 🤣

Here are my favourite ab exercises that we did together during the Sweat Challenge! I’ve put them together to make an amazing workout that’s going to help you build your core strength. 💪

✅ Bent-Leg Jackknife - 15 reps
✅ Ab Bikes - 40 reps (20 per side)
✅ X Plank - 24 reps (12 per side)
✅ Half Burpee - 15 reps
✅ Plank Dips - 24 reps (12 per side)
