Before every trip, our aircraft go through an enhanced cleaning and disinfection process. On board, we’ve made a few changes to maintain strict levels of hygiene and safety. If you’re flying into Dubai, we’ll give you a hygiene kit on board containing a mask and hand sanitiser. Our lavatories are frequently disinfected. If the flight is longer than 1 hour 30 minutes, we have added a cabin service assistant dedicated to cleaning the lavatories. Advanced HEPA cabin air filters fitted on all our aircraft filter out dust, allergens and microbes from the air recirculated into the cabin and flight deck, providing a safer, healthier and more comfortable environment for the passengers and crew.
