[Felt like sharing, might delete later🤡] Alzheimer's awareness is a cause very close to my heart; my aunt was diagnosed last year and I've been trying to support her as much as possible ever since. It's absolutely devastating to see someone you care deeply about detoriating, but there's also so much power in fighting this disease together. You learn to appreciate the little things more, see what actually matters in life and more importantly what doesn't, celebrate - to others meaningless - moments, and to never take anything for granted. It shows you what never ending love truly means, and how much a strong bond can endure. I don't know how and how fast it's going to progress, but there's one thing I do know for certain: we're going to stand together, on the good and the bad days, always. Anyway, what I wanted to say is... I'm eternally grateful for events like this and incredibly proud that it's sold out already! I'm sure you'll turn it into something very special.
