It doesn’t say in the film but it got colder and colder everyday and we were looking for time slots when it wasn’t raining just so we could squeeze in a try and this definitely added some pressure. To be honest while sitting on the top I wished for an easy way down or for a helicopter to airlift us off. Climbing down the ladders, although it is not difficult, is certainly not what you look forward to the most at the end of such a climb. Like often in the retrospect I wish I wouldn’t be pressured by time so that I could enjoy it more, therefore it is good to have the film and all the photos to go back and relive the adventure even years from now. It took quite a while to recover fully from this project! Particularly after the first attempt my body was hurting like never before. Looking back I’m just thankful to have been a part of this.
