【Cheesy sake kasu cracker】
Sake kasu is lees left over from Japanese sake production. It tastes fruity and has a similar taste to Japanese sake. It is fermented and also contain much nutrition such as B vitamins and provide health benefits. Sake kasu can also be found in cosmetics and skincare products. Sake kasu is considered as a part of the Japanese “no waste” culture since the waste of the sake production is used in various ways.
When baked, it becomes to taste cheesy so I made its cracker!

Used only:
・Brown rice flour
・Sake kasu
・Oil
・Salt
Please carefully choose brown rice flour which is fresh and made of brown rice soaked enough. Making it on your own is preferraba.

【チーズ風味の酒粕クラッカー】
酒粕は日本酒を作るときにでる"かす"。実は発酵食品で、とっても栄養価が高い☺️粕汁にして食べるのは一般的だけど、焼くとチーズ風味になるから、クラッカーにしてみた◎とにかくシンプルな材料だけど、玄米粉には少しこだわってみた😊

・菜種油
・塩
玄米粉は十分に浸水させた玄米を炒って粉に。自分で作るか、新鮮なもの、発芽させた玄米を使っているものを選ぶ。それがむずかしければ米粉や他の粉で代用しても◎
