Some bouncy lil back off week OTM powers. Goals of back off weeks: RECOVER (mentally & physically), make every movement perfect, add extra rehab/gentle accessory work & stretching, spend LESS time in the gym & more time catching up on regular person things (that includes rest/sleep if the regular person things list isn’t too long), keep up with all regular body maintenance if not add MORE & mentally prepare for the coming weeks of super intense training again.

Back off weeks are new to me in the last year ish & at first I felt almost LAZY, but I am so grateful for them now. When we say go on the training, we GO. So a week of dialed back volume/intensity is much needed.

Since I have some regular person time, I’ll answer any and all questions about WHATEVER in the comments for a bit. Go crazy
