My favourite exercises for my core. Having a strong core is SO beneficial for literally everything we do. From working upper or lower body to just standing, your core plays a huge part. I’ve never trained to have “a six pack” or “rippling abs” Which btw come from having low body fat not endless sit ups. The less body fat you have the more visible the abs. If that’s your aim Great! If it ain’t, Great! We all train for different reasons. Some want severely shredded, some want lean, some want functional improvement for a specific sport, some just want to feel strong! Find your own purpose and have your own goal for training. You’re more likely to stick to it. If you’re new to training and want a good start point @fitness has lots of programs to choose from 💪🏼❤️
