From the mysteries of roasting to the ritual of preparation, and the tasting ceremony… Café Kitsuné Vertbois is a place dedicated to the coffee experience.⁠⁠

With this new address run by our artisan roaster, Florian Decousser, we’re now able to master every stage of the process, from sourcing the bean right through to the degustation, adding another dimension to the delight of enjoying a specialty coffee in Paris.⁠⁠

Behind the Italian-style counter in brushed stainless steel with its elegant stools covered in fauve leather, the steel and hammered brass curves of our majestic roaster really catch the eye. Our Café Kitsuné signature blend, made from carefully selected specialty coffee beans from Brazil and Guatemala, is distinguished by its delicate balance: savoury and full-bodied, with hints of chocolate and honey, a dash of peach, and a special long finish, thanks to a texture that is both soft and syrupy.⁠⁠

Visit us from 9:30am to enjoy all of our classic specialities and taste the truly unique Café Kitsuné flavor. And for those who want to take a bit of Café Kitsuné home, our freshly roasted coffee beans and ground coffees along with our collection of tableware, are also available to go!⁠⁠
