- 1 lb of organic chicken breast⁠
(Season with cayenne pepper, @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers, and pink Himalayan sea salt with pink peppercorn)⁠
- scallions to garnish⁠
- sesame seeds⁠
- 1 cup of corn starch and 1 tsp baking powder⁠
⁠
Glaze:⁠
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos 🥥@coconutsecretofficial⁠
- 1 tsp of ACV @bragg⁠
- 1 tsp of cayenne pepper 🔥⁠
- 1-2 tsp of raw honey 🍯⁠
- 1 tbsp of corn starch roux (corn starch + 2 tbsp water)⁠

Pat dry the bite sized pieces of chicken and season. Coat in the corn starch mixture and then air fry at 375°F @gourmia with olive oil for 20-22 minutes. Toss the chicken into your pan or wok @hexclad and mix in the glaze. Once it comes to a low simmer/boil, garnish and it’s ready to serve!⁠
