@LONDON | TAG #THISISLONDONさんのインスタグラム写真 - (@LONDON | TAG #THISISLONDONInstagram)「#LondonHistory @MrLondon in #Mayfair... #MountStreet looks positively resplendent, as always. 🥰 This street was entirely rebuilt in the late 1800’s to the ‘Queen Anne’ way of doing things... in other words to permit individualism without altogether abandoning regularity, in order to make it the gayest street in Mayfair. 😍 ___________________________________________ Swipe and you’ll see the #CoachAndHorses pub on Bruton Street which is currently boarded up until the pubs to reopen. 😢 Have to admit it felt sad seeing it like this. This is one of Mayfair’s oldest surviving #Tudor taverns, literally synonymous with horse drawn carriages that ran the city in the late 1700’s, before the railway systems were built.
