I’m not my “fittest” but I’m active, healthy, and capable. I may have cellulite and loose skin, but I’m also strong and I have more determination than ever!! I WORKOUT FOR ME because I know when I’m at my best then I am my best for everyone in my life. My health and fitness goals revolve around what I can gain: skills, experiences, self confidence. I stopped measuring my success by the pounds on the scale and started measuring my success by creating new goals like beating my own PRs and doing pull ups without assistance. Shifting the way I look at my goals made my anxiety and body dysmorphia lessen. I feel that my body and mind are both stronger than ever before and it’s my not-so-humble opinion that even after having a baby..
