This #SelterSnack will soon be a regular in your meal prep rotation 😝 Also hitting you with that pink vibe just in time for Valentine’s day ❤️ No baking required 💃🏻 Ingredients: ⁃3/4 c cashews ⁃1 c oats ⁃2 scoops @vitalproteins strawberry protein ⁃1 c strawberries ⁃1 tbsp peanut butter ⁃1 tbsp honey ⁃1/2 c shredded coconut flakes Instructions: ⁃In one blender, blend cashews, oats, and protein powder ⁃In second blender mix strawberries, peanut butter, and honey ⁃Mix wet and dry ingredients together ⁃Roll into balls (damp hands help prevent mixture from sticking) ⁃Freeze for 2 -3 hours ⁃Lightly roll in shredded coconut ⁃Enjoy!
