Since birth, he has been unable to walk, his back legs are completely useless, and he also suffers from urinary incontinence. This little cutie has had a rough start at life but volunteers at @iheartanimalrescue are eager to change this for him. Red needs to be taken to a neurologist to properly diagnose him, as well as get an MRI. However, as you can imagine, after taking care of a littler of puppies, their funds are completely depleted.
