I took my dough recipe and made mini burger sliders and placed them inside with cheese! They were delicious! Yes, me tearing them apart wasn’t pretty! But I do have a cut version if you slide right! ➡️⁠

Keto fat head dough:⁠
1 cup almond flour⁠
2 tablespoons psyllium husk⁠
2 teaspoons xantham gum⁠
Salt and pepper⁠

1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese⁠
4 oz cream cheese⁠
4 eggs⁠
1 tablespoon baking powder⁠
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl⁠
Melt cheese and cream cheese together in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes take out and mix. Once it has formed a tough consistency add the eggs and mix.⁠
Mix in the melted cheese and egg with the dry ingredients you may need to use your hands, make it into a dough like consistency.⁠
preheat oven to 375°⁠
Take 1 pound of ground beef make your cheese burger seasoned patties( seasoned with whatever you want! I use flavorgod everything) Maybe only a tablespoon in width.⁠
Roll out your dough with a rolling pin and cut into circles with a jar head until all of the dough is used.⁠
Cut small cubes with cheddar cheese and place in middle of the circle of the dough then place your little cheeseburger patty inside adding another cube of cheddar cheese on top. Wrap tightly with the dough. Place on parchment paper on a baking sheet. This will make 12.⁠
once it has been in the oven for about 10 minutes take out and put butter and whatever toppings you want on it - I used @everything_but_the_bagel seasoning on top.⁠
Place back inside for additional six minutes or until golden brown!⁠
Eat and enjoy!⁠
