I think I’ll start posting more about it? Not turning into a food platform or anything 😉 but perhaps more transparency around food can help others as well. . Of course, everyone’s nutrition needs are different. I don’t want to imply that what I’m eating is what everyone should eat... I also don’t want to inadvertently send folks spiraling if food photos are painful in some way. But food is a big part of my, well, everyone’s lives! I love it, it makes me happy, and I’m definitely ~that person~ taking pictures of my food all the time 😅 even though its nothing fancy and rarely original. But they’re always mine that I made 🤗 . Anyways! Back to pancakes 🥞🥞 “Good Old Fashioned Pancakes” from AllRecipes.com is my recipe base. You can add sweet potato, banana, and/or blueberries, sub out white for brown sugar, dairy milk for non-dairy, wheat flour for gluten-free. @gnarlynutrition vanilla protein powder is a great addition too. The pancake TRICK, if you will, is to barely stir the mix after adding dry ingredients into wet. There should still be visible flecks of flour. Let it sit 20-30 min if you have the time, but nbd if you don’t. Use a 1/4 cup scoop onto a buttered griddle, wait till the edges bubble, flip, plate, then EAT 😛😛🤤🤤 and send me pics if you make them!! .
