If you’ve never had a Madame, they’re spicy as hell! For someone that barely can take spicy food I really do grow a lot of peppers😅 Deciding if I should dry or pickle these babies... Every time I try to make my own hot sauce it turns out weird! There is so much soul in gardening and cooking and I think to make real magic happen you need to have your heart in what you’re making. Since I don’t eat hot sauce at all (I blame my Swedish genes!🇸🇪) I just have a hard time making a great one.
