Writing is one of the best ways to express emotion, along with crying and talking. I write for myself to release any thoughts I have and recently, I decided to make a note of all of the emotions I felt during just one day. I wanted to share because I was surprised at how my moods went up and down so much and by seeing these emotions written down, it helped me realise things I want to work on for myself which can be a step towards more positive moods throughout the day. Save this post and return to it if you ever feel like people that you see on social media have ‘perfect lives’ or are ‘always happy’.
