Since I started wearing makeup in my early teens, I’ve hardly ever left my house without some sort of cover up. I’ve always felt the need to wear foundation or concealer to cover up the discoloration I have on my skin, the bags under my eyes, or the teeny tiny breakouts I get around my chin. I’m 23 and I’m finally starting to realize...nobody is looking at my under bags or the redness on my cheeks...NOBODY CARES. What people care about is how you make them feel and what kind of person you are. When somebody is beautiful, it’s because of their confidence, the way they hold themselves and most importantly the way they treat others. So this year, I’m focusing on the way I make others feel. I’m focusing on less cover up and more me.
