It’s a little TMI…BUT I’m sharing this journey/our journey in hopes that it can be of help. As many of you are dealing with similar situations, caregiving for loved ones, I wanted you to see a different side of ‘at home’ treatment that you or someone you know can apply. 

@maryannthemedium taught us to talk to our angels and ask them for help, so I’ve been doing that. 

@drjoedispenza taught us there is limitless power within our minds. He reconstructed his spine by imagining his intended result - a totally healed spine. So I’ve also been picturing my intended result for my mom. 

I learned all this and so much more from our experts on @bettertogetherwithmaria. I continue to learn about it on the daily show, but have also been able to dive even deeper in our exclusive Patreon workshops with some of our most dynamic healers.
