Feeling grateful today that I’m not in the months long crippling depression I was in before getting the proper medication that helped me with my Bipolar 2 condition. If you’re struggling right now, it’s ok. There’s lots of reasons to be stressed and depressed right now, even if don’t have ongoing mental health issues.
