It’s not called golden hour for nothing. Two of my favourite times of the day, sunrise 🌅 and sunset 🌇
For me this yawning moment always represents what’s about to unfold. It’s in a sense the beginning of the day for lions. Lions are crepuscular creatures meaning they are most active at twilight however if unsuccessful in hunting during this period will persist through the night and into the morning, resting frequently. That being said I’ve seen some of the most spectacular hunts in broad daylight. Taking opportunities when they present themselves is the key to success if you’re a lion and for that matter a human too!
