🚨 F2 Skill School 🚨
Here’s a nice easy skill for you guys to practice and learn. Please see key tips below. I hope this helps. Don’t forget to post & tag us once you’ve mastered this skill 💪🏻😁🙌🏻
• Kick the ball up with slight backspin
• Hop with both feet together to where the ball is going to land
• Allow the ball to make contact with the front of both feet (toes area if foot)
• As soon as the ball makes contact and starts to bounce up you need to hop up and swing your strong leg up and around the ball
• Touch the ball back up to complete the move
