I just completed my 2nd “backyard” Pilates session and all I have to say is WOW!! Thank goodness @bppilates moved to LA because I have fallen in love with how Pilates strengthens, stretches, and pushes me. My body craves this movement!! I’m veryyy beginner and feel very vulnerable when I can’t balance/extend as well as I used to but I cannot wait to keep pushing myself!
