STORY TIME - In 2019 before the event at J-bay Tom and I did the road trip from Cape Town to Jeffery’s Bay. We stopped at a few small towns as we went, but easily the highlight was dune biking. Generally I’m alright with sports but for some reason a bike is really not my strong point. You add sand to the equation and things really go downhill 😂 this was the first little run we did, safe to stay I’ll stick to surfing... this was for sure a memory I’ll never forget, seeing the most beautiful sand dunes along the coast of South Africa. I feel so blessed to travel the world and see places like this. I have realized over the years of competing if we don’t stop and enjoy the places we go every now and again outside of competition it can get a bit vanilla. Taking advantage of this insane life and all that comes with it. If anything hope the video gives you a bit of a laugh. Audio ON haha❤️ @thomas_allan
