I’ve spent the last 3 days rotating through spiraling anxiety, tears of frustration and depressive thoughts. It’s really fucking hard and I just want you to know that you’re not alone. I feel like a day hasn’t gone by recently where my anxiety hasn’t caused a major intrusion to my day or I’ve been incapable of doing what feels like the most simple tasks. Accepting mental health as a lifelong journey is something I came to terms with a long time ago, but it doesn’t take the pain and frustration out of the low moments. I’m so lucky to have an incredible support system in trying times, but I know not everyone has that luxury.
