Couture is a celebration, not only of the mind that conceives it, but also of the hands that masterfully create it. True couture transcends time, timeless objects crafted from through a process that sits above time. For this collection, Pierpaolo Piccioli @pppiccioli recognizes the role and importance of time in couture, a sort of code and value, which he resets and reprograms for today, updating classic rituals and processes through garments designed to offer their wearer the opportunity to express themselves, freely and according to their desires.

The collection ‘Code Temporal’ shows @Valentino injected with an entirely new feel. Staples, like cape dresses and long trains remain focal points, but the color palette is different from anything that came before. Feathers and intricate prints are exchanges for muted creams paired with bright neon colors, combining in a sort of new-age partywear, chic meets rave. Additionally, the garments are paired with metallic platforms and sequin-embellishments creating a futuristic feel.

For the first time, Valentino also includes men's looks into their Haute Couture collection.
