I have seen time and again that when I address my own internal bias I am less aware of other people’s judgement. It just becomes so clear that negative reactions to my body aren’t my problem.

That transformative freedom comes when we unlearn all the bullshit we have been taught. We can do it. Many of us have and continue to do so!

Here’s to freeing ourselves from toxic messages of any kind. Here’s to self compassion and unlearning bias. Here’s to throwing off every kind of oppression and doing the work to continually question our own thoughts that oppress ourselves and others. Here’s to creating a new future where human dignity need not be hard fought but deeply understood by all!
