I’m not sure there has been a time more necessary to talk about mental health. With so many struggling in extreme ways whether that’s due to anxiety about what’s happening, job loss, health anxiety, loneliness, abusive relationships and a lack of school for almost children, everyone is having a tough time. I’m certainly no expert of coping techniques but I do promise to always be honest and open and to try and help in my own tiny way. It was also lovely to work with @rosalineshahnavaz again as she shot me at a social distance out the front of my house for this weeks mag.
