"In a small secluded rocky beach, approximately 120 Km from Dalian, there is this beautiful rock formation called "Table Leg Rock". There is a small "catch" to go there: you have to walk along the beach beside a steep cliff at low tide to reach this place. When we went there it was around 3,30 p.m. Then you have to wait until the tide rises up to the feet of the rock to get a nice foreground of the stones covered by the sea, and this happened around 6 p.m. The problem was that by 7 p.m. the way back was completely submerged, the tide kept rising constantly until 10 p.m., flooding completely the small beach we were standing on and pushing us to find shelter in a small narrow cave behind the rock, where we had to wait until 3.30 in the morning for the tide to retreat and make the passage along the beach manageable again !!!
