Costco has a great price on King Salmon so I had to grab it. If you’re wondering what makes the salmon royal 👑, (Chinook) King Salmon is the largest of all salmon. They’re known for their buttery texture, their high content of healthy Omega 3 oils and fat. For dinner I kept it seasoning simple, added butter and air fried to perfection. Lastly I removed the salmon skin prior to cooking and air fried it separately for a crispy, crunchy treat.⁠

While the air fryer is preheating to 360 degrees, carefully remove the skin from the salmon and set aside. Season the salmon with your favorite seasonings and add butter on top. Place the salmon over parchment paper in the air fry basket for a non stick surface and easy clean up. This salmon was 1.40 lbs which took 20 minutes, the time will vary depending on how you enjoy your fish.⁠

After the salmon is cooked, place the salmon skin, season with salt and air fry for 15 minute at 375 degrees. Enjoy!⁠
