What’s your survival strategy in a lockdown or a quarantine? For this 14 day #lockeandkey quarantine, I designed a “quarantine boot camp” (just to see if I could do it.) I made up 2 rules. Rule #1: I had to “move”for a total of THREE HOURS every day. 😳 This could include trampoline, elliptical, Pilates, strength training, aerobics, stretching, dance ✨🕺 —ANY sort of movement, split up or all together, at any time day or night, but I had to do THREE HOURS a day. (I took Saturdays off.) Rule #2: I had to write an entry everyday into a gratitude journal to log the experience. 🙏🏼 No self pity allowed. It was challenging mentally and physically. It was full of exhaustion, crazy adrenaline, surprising inspiration, and I learned new aspects about resilience and self discipline. I couldn’t have done it without the support of my friend @levelupwithlaurie and her KICK ASS WORKOUTS ⚡️, or without my friends at @bioraw for fueling me every day with their GORGEOUS nutrient-dense dishes! 🥗 The quarantine FLEW BY. In fact it was so crazy challenging, I am thinking of doing “quarantine boot camp “ every time I’m required to quarantine. Now I’m all the more ready and looking forward to banging out the second half of @lockeandkeynetflix S2. 💥🗝💥 #letsgo
