My favorite kind a six pack heading into the weekend!
A define midline takes more than just throwing in a few sets of abs here in there. It takes proper nutrition as well as a variety of movements. In this work out we focus on obliques as much as we do the transverse and rectus abdominal muscles.

1️⃣. Hanging alternate cross knee up. 3 sets x 8 each side.

2️⃣. Rocky sit ups. 3 x 20 reps.

3️⃣. Leg roll ups. 3 x 10 -12 reps.

4️⃣. Side plank knee to elbow. 3 x 15 reps each side.
